Union Hill Ambulance Corps has ordered a third ambulance to support an ever increasing call volume. “We are already up about 300 calls from last year” a department spokesperson said. The ambulance should arrive by April of 2017. No tax dollars are used to support the ambulance corps.
Union Hill currently staffs two ambulances 24/7, and answers over 2,000 calls per year.
Union Hill provides ambulance service to the eastern portion (Hard Rd) of Webster and the Western portion of Ontario (lakeside Rd).
