nbspUnion Hill responded with mutual aid from Webster for a brush fire on rt. 104 in Ontario with a hissing sound coming from the pile. It was later determined that the hissing sound was from a ruptured natural gas line. The fire was quickly extinguished but a portable pond was setup due to a lack of hydrants in the area and to provide safety to the R.G.E.crews closing off the gas line. Lincoln and West Webster provided fill-in companies.
